Purpose

The primary objective of the Norwegian quality register for severe headaches is to monitor and assess the quality of diagnostics, treatment and follow-up care for patients with specific conditions of severe headache. The collected data is used to enhance quality of treatment and reduce regional differences. The provided treatment should follow the current consensus on proper and effective care at the right time in the continuity of patient care.
